Order #W570375 I ordered on March 7th. I have requested information twice through the chat box and through email. I was told my order would be brought to management to see what is going on with it. I never a response. The website states orders will be processed and shipped by 3 days It has now been 2 weeks. I understand having issues with a new system but communication is needed.
