I’ve installed at least a dozen Senville units ranging in size from 9K BTU to 24K BTU and each installation gets easier and faster. The first one I installed a few years ago never worked right– but I chalk that up to installer (me) error. For the money you save in labor, it’s worth buying professional grade tools, including a micron gauge, a good vacuum pump, quality valves and hoses and a torque wrench. Watch some YouTube videos to build your confidence. Trust me, once you get the hang of installing these things your friends are going to come out of the woodwork asking you to install one for them!
