I requested a return and shopee said will come to my home to collect the return item but one month passed the item now is still left in my place as they came to tell me wrong size or didn't drive car....full of excuses! I asked the live agent to give me the address of the customer service center he said he is not allowed to provide shopee customer service center 'address! Anyway shopee is the lousiest online shopping company. It's scam! I definitely will go to the authorities to report as they keep my money for no reason!
