Totally atrocious
Totally atrocious! Same thing happen to me twice. Unable to unlock the car due to app issue. End solution is to wait for a locksmith. Time has totally wasted. If u know that ur signal coverage not so wide then dun n also if ur app sucks then improve on it. U made me take the exterior photo of the car 3 bloody times because the app sucks .. gosh. Really need to start up their game. If u cannot swim then dun buy such a big swimming trunk!! Why make ppl travel all the way to the designated multiple storey carpark when there is no bloody signal!! Cannot believe that they only work with 1 locksmith!! Waiting time min 1 hr. Biggest joke on April fool day.
