DONT TRUST - ive had 4 months of complaining about them taking the wrong payments and then promising to refund, ive spend hours with shopify reporting this now as App Developer remains unresponsive or and true with their words, the app developer uses "bait and switch" tactics and then restricts your access after you’ve already paid! BEWARE this is Deceptive Advertising and ive currently got to fight for my money back.
The model outputs when they work are great but i find i waste at least 100-150 credits on AI failing instructions, despite reporting this and requesting my credits back, the owner has still not reimbersed me and not acknowledged my complaint for over 5 weeks, the service is definantly something this company needs to work on, i understand AI is something that needs work, however, i get charged for every creation even if i delete for been a complete waste of my time. Ive given lots of feedback to the owner but dont feel it is valued or listened to and im subscribed to contract so now they have my money its easy to egnore me.
