Excellent Customer Service from the Mod Shop
I bought a Fender Precision Bass from the Mod Shop. There were some issues with the build along the way that caused some delays. But it was worth the wait. Customer Service and Quality Control was outstanding. QC caught issues with the body and then with the neck, so glad they did their job. Bradley Sheldon at Customer Service was fantastic. He kept me updated along the way and pushed the build along. He offered a nice care package of Fender gear for my patience and overnight shipping once complete. Well done Fender!
