Could not cancel my order. Told that their systems couldn't stop the product shipping. Even though it was out of stock and it took 1 month to receive the item. So I waited a month and got charged for something i didn't want. Once you click "buy" it's a one way street. Customer service unsympathetic and unhelpful. Sorry Bare, I wanted to like you but this is just not how you do business. Zero stars. Very unhappy and i'm out of pocket.
