You could get some better staff
You could get some better staff. Some people that understand and have some professionalism. Common courtesy communication skills is a must. Your people do not know how to communicate. They are rude. They sit on their phone while people guess stand there in line. They're just very unprofessional and young and rude. They also accused us of smoking in the room and which was false and is as a million other people that were smokers there but they accused us tried to put us out of the room. We call corporate and they came and inspected the room and found out that that was untrue but by the time they came and inspected the room my my conference was over when I paid for this conference. So instead of me going to all my workshop classes that I was supposed to that I paid for I had to sit up there and explain to your managers that we weren't smoking and they they didn't get until 12:00 started at 8:00. I missed the whole day which is $260 and I would like to be reimbursed for that
