Excellent customer service. Provided insights to the delay on my order and prompt resolution. The agent Syrah was kind, detailed and professional to work with. I truly value the services For Days provides and have had an amazing experience with them.
On Feb. 2, 2024, I placed an order online for a pet car seat cover for second row seating. The shipment was expected within 4-6 weeks. On Feb 18 (17 days after placing the order) I request an update as no shipping information had been shared. In that time, I stated I wanted a refund if the item had not shipped. They provided a canned response that it would ship very soon. Over the course of two months, I have been emailing customer service and received additional, confusing and misleading replies from various individuals as each email has a new name. None of which tell me when to expect my item or to provide a resolution for my request for a refund. To date, no products have arrived to me, no accurate tracking info provided nor resolution to my requests for a refund. I hope this website is taken down and reported for the heinous way they prey on people.
