Service unfortunately wasn't right for my needs
I tried to transfer some fairly large files between 2 different platforms, one of them being Dropbox, which is notoriously slow when downloading. I hoped that transferring to Google Drive and then downloading from there would be faster, but unfortunately not. I contacted Multcloud support and told them that the service didn't work out for me, and they very graciously refunded my money straight away.
