Broken printer, useless service
The company has sent me a broken printer. First, the extruder didn’t work and it took them more than 3 weeks to send a new extruder. This one was clogged after 2 days of using!! And when I sent a video of it, Creality told me the main board had to be replaced. They take a long time to reply to emails, and usually don’t read them either. Creality, I will never buy from you again, you suck!!
