My dreadful experience with this company
My experience with Jollynova was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. My payment was authorized and money disappeared from my card, but no order was created. I felt dismissed when I reached out, with no meaningful effort to investigate what happened. I cannot recommend this company. If you do consider buying, keep screenshots of every step and all payment confirmations. This reflects my personal experience and the lasting impression it left on me
