We asked for a room in a wedding block. It ended up being way higher than what the wedding block would be. It was not explained that he was charging us more because it would be refundable. He did a terrible job. Also, I asked him to cancel the reservation, which he did not do. And then he told us it would take up to 15 days to get a refund, even though it was his mistake.
