We left late from Porto to Tomar and your agent, who spoke English, informed us we missed the connecting train but if we went one stop further, a connecting train would take us to Tomar. The agent even made sure we went to the correct platform. We caught the second train, with several other rerouted travelers, right away. We were both really impressed with the competence, care and efficiency and entered Tomar with smiles on out faces
