Hello. My experience with the site is that they responded very quickly to my request—which is quite rare. However, while they do provide explanations in French regarding disputes, the terms of sale and the relevant clauses are in English; not everyone speaks the language, and we don't always take the time to translate them at the moment of purchase. It would be helpful to have a translation tab to avoid the kind of situation I just experienced.
