Be cautious about extra costs
The rating is not related to the quality of the product—it was nice and just as pictured. The main issue with purchasing from this website, and something I recommend buyers be cautious about, is the return process and extra fees. I ordered two dresses, each costing $94, to see which one suited me better. They charged me separately for shipping, totaling $39, which brought my total to $204 after applying a 20% discount that I had to buy for $10, along with a first-purchase coupon. First, selling discounts doesn’t seem like a good idea. Second, charging double shipping fees feels like an extra cost! When I tried to return one of the dresses, after all the deductions—discounts, shipping fees, coupons, and a restocking fee—I was told I’d only get $63 back. This means one dress ended up costing me $147, not the original $94! I strongly recommend reading all the return and fee policies carefully. If you can't find what you're looking for at Macy’s, Nordstrom, or other websites with more straightforward return policies, then consider buying from here.
