Terrible Experience - Avoid This Store I had a very disappointing experience with Rococity.com. I ordered an item that was advertised as a khaki color in size X, but what I received was completely different in color and did not match the advertised size. When I contacted customer service, they asked for photos, which I provided, but the situation only got worse. After several back-and-forth emails, they informed me that I would need to return the item to China at my own expense, despite the fact that the mistake was entirely theirs. Their return policy is unreasonable and unfair, especially since I was deceived by false advertising. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back because their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I will never shop with Rococity.com again and would advise others to avoid this store. Their product quality and customer service are both extremely disappointing.
