I ordered the 30-inch Body Wave Lace Frontal Wig (Upgrade 7x5 Lace / 30 / 250%) weeks ago for my friend’s wedding, and I’m extremely disappointed with what I received. The wig was advertised as 250% density, but it is much thinner — more like 180% at best. I’ve purchased fuller wigs before, so I immediately noticed the difference. Not only was the quality not as described, but I also reached out to customer service with photos and never received a reply. Because of this, I had to make last-minute changes for the wedding, which was really stressful and frustrating. For the price and the promises made, I expected much better quality and communication. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their product accuracy and customer service
