It is good when it works. Pros: - Good panel - Great performance - Stable Minecraft Servers - Fast customer support, though not the fastest. For example, Pebblehost’s customer support was noticeably quicker in my experience. Cons: - Doesn’t appear to own its own hardware (from what I understand, the servers seem to be hosted or co-located with RoyaleHosting, based on an IP lookup). - The panel was down three times within two days after I purchased, due to DDoS attacks, panel update and a "quick" hotfix? that lasted about 45min.
