The server runs extremely well with no noticeable lag or performance issues, especially considering how affordable their plans are compared to other providers. I contacted their support before purchasing as I had a few questions, and they responded almost immediately. They were very helpful and answered all my questions without any issues. Overall, I'm very happy with UltraServers so far. The performance is great, the pricing is excellent and their support is quick and helpful. Requested a refund and went through the process of requesting a ticket. Earlier today, I received an email asking for my feedback. Not even a minute later do I receive a second email notifying me that my request was closed because I didn’t respond to their email on time.

In my experience, the support was amazing, they helped me get my server running with all the mods I wanted! And it’s a very low lag hosting, however there is some lag when you use geyser for Java-bedrock cross play.
Best server host I've found so far
Servers were great, very competitively priced too! Played Minecraft All the Mods 10 on it with a mate. Never faced any lag issues unless I was literally pushing it to the extreme (like ATM10 + flying at breakneck speeds generating loads of chunks). And when I finally did need to leave the server and the server had been cancelled, I was able to request a download of the server and without hesitation they granted me temporary 24 hours of access to the server to download it. Perfect experience, highly recommend using them!
