I had an issue that I'm assuming not many before me had where I had some world generation problem going on that was server sided and had a strange solution. However, even though it was 8-9pm at night (or some other time depending on time zones), a moderator walked me step by step and provided me feedback on how I may be able to resolve my issue and about an hour later of the process, a solution was found. If you are in the Discord server and need help, Mortis was an excellent helper. Thank you again to UltraServers and their support team. The server itself is amazing, they're dirt cheap compared to others but don't compromise on performance.

Best host I have tried
Auto system backups every 6 hours and every day that you can look at the files without rolling everything back. DDOS protection that is a bit overbearing but you can disable by making it a unfiltered port. Server splits.

This is hands down the best hosting service I have ever used. I ran a Minecraft server for my community, and the performance was just great! Barely any issues with downtime or hosting for an incredibly cheap price. Also, I want to point out how great the support staff is. I was reaching out to transfer ownership of my server, and I got responses within minutes. The experience was really smooth. I highly recommend UltraServers!

The price is very good for the preformance and uptime is very high.

VERY affordable, but surprisingly you aren't trading it for bad staff or instability. The only time I had a problem, they had it fixed within the hour at no charge ((unlike some other sites that took days to fix similar problems.))
Ultra Fan
Been hosting Minecraft servers for over 8 years and Ultra has been the best experience so far. They have a Discord server rather than an email ticketing system where they respond within minutes. In my opinion having an active chat with multiple support members over Discord is a LIFE changer and every host should have one. Performance has been great, even though we run around 200 mods and have a player count that goes into the 20s.
Best affordable minecraft server host
This server host is the best server host i have used, I like that they provide affordable plans unlike other hosting services and had no lags playing with my friends, the 4 dollars plan handled 6 players with no issues. Only issue i found was that Singapore region servers had issues with pings especially when i first got the server, but they did fix the issue but i see them having issues quite a number of times. overall this service has been great having used it for around 3 months i would return to using this host again when my friends wants to start their 2 week minecraft phase.

Good but lacks on support
Service itself is really good, I really like the panel and the node I got is almost perfect. Only had a few issues like small overloads (only happened like two times) but that's it. Support is decent, not bad but not perfect, they answer every question however sometimes they may just reply with a really generic answer that has nothing to do with my question. Has happened a few times. Other than that, they are good and I recommend them.
Horrible server host
Horrible server host, i was hosting a 100 player event on their 32gb plan, and it just kept crashing, even when we went down to 20 players, we got given an awful CPU, never again, im so happy ive switched.

Undeniably the best price-to-performance Minecraft server hosting on the market right now. At first, I was intrigued by it's robust hardware (ryzen 9 9950x and ryzen 9 7950x3d) and recently purchased its service for my network. I expected the machines were getting oversold, however, turns out it is not. The resources on the machine aren't oversold, running with top tier performance. Additionally, the support team is lightning fast. Very helpful, patient. Bad reviews about the supports are basically inauthentic. In conclusion, I absolutely trust Ultraservers' services with my server. (ps: i am not a bot or a bought review, it is purely based on personal experience and wrote this review as I am impressed by it's superiority)
AMAZING
I have been with this company for a bit now, My modded servers are hosted here, and also my Vanilla servers are hosted here. Support is the fastest I have ever seen in this business, NONE of my servers have ever had lag issues etc. I love this place and will stay as long as they keep doing what they are doing.

Worst support
Worst support, I asked him about the playercount of the largest server running on their hosting he claimed that the largest server hosted on them have 488 concurrent players. Then i asked for the public IP of that server hosted on their hosting just to check the ping but the staff member rejected to share the public IP of that server and closed the ticket without asking for confirmation before closing it. I suggest not to purchase server from this hosting as the staff there are very rude.
