Promise I'm not a paid review, this service is genuinely amazing. I just got a support response within 5 minutes to restore an unintentionally suspended server. Amazing Price and incredibly fair plans, they even refund you parts of your subscription, when you downgrade your Server. We have not had a single performance hickup that wasn't our own fault.

I used UltraServers for Minecraft hosting. They are very reliable and competitively priced. Their hardware ran my servers the best out of any other hosting provider so far. If you're planning on starting a server, especially a modded one, then I'd go with UltraServers

the servers think every client is cracked adn wont allow any players. the support is incompetent. took 2 days for them to realize the simpliest issue. issues with opening ports
lightning fast customer service
i had a few issues with some unknown charges and also server issues at the start but then they were able to fix it in under a minute, literally. and the servers also allow you to use more than the "capped" cpu and ram limit though i dont know if thats just for sudden spikes or something else so no lag too. and all that for 8 bucks for 8 gigs of ram is crazy cheap.

I was sadly only with Ultraservers for a few days due to not needing a server for longer than the 7-day trial period. However, within those days customer support has been fantastic. I had a small issue with my server right after setup, where I instantly got help on their discord server. Also while creating a ticket regarding payment I got helped and responded to within 3 minutes. Server experience itself is great and very easy to use and set up. Honestly, these guys are great. I'll definitely be renting from them again if I want to set up a server in the future.
