Do not waste your money or your time on this gazebo kit. I laid out all the components to begin the massive assembly process, only to find that critical hardware and structural parts were completely missing from the box.Getting halfway through an intense, heavy build like this just to realize you can't finish it because factory quality control failed is incredibly frustrating. The boxes arrived taped up, so this was 100% a failure on the manufacturer's end to pack the kit properly. Now I have half-assembled, heavy metal frame pieces sitting exposed in my yard taking up space, and I am stuck waiting on customer service to ship out parts that should have been there in the first place. If a company is going to charge hundreds of dollars for large outdoor structures, they need to actually double-check their inventory before sealing the boxes. Save yourself a massive headache and buy from a brand that actually values quality control and customer time. In conclusion they didn’t refund me, ignored my emails, asked me to buy another one, hiring a welder and refuse to return my money!
