Items never shipped
Placed an order, a few days later I got the notice that the item had shipped (UPS lab created). A week later, the order still wasn’t picked up by UPS. Two weeks later, same. I reach out and BH blamed UPS tracking saying it was behind, but the item had shipped. They asked me to wait another week. Third week…still only Label Created status from UPS. I reached out again asking for BH to ship another or refund my money. No response. I thankfully paid with an AmEx and was able to get the charge returned. Well wouldn’t you know the shipping status changed to cancelled. So somehow they were able to cancel an order in transit…or they never had the item and therefore couldn’t ship it. Use Jomashop instead and they cost less.
