This isn’t even a real company, it’s a scam
This company is a scam. If I could give it -100 stars I would. I thought it was a real company due to all the reviews on TikTok, but I’m now realizing all the reviews are paid and not real. I didn’t listen to the reviews that the company is a scam because there were so many influencers on TikTok reviewing “tuneful hair wigs.” This company is not real and they will take your money. I ordered a wig a long time ago and never received it. Right after I ordered I got an email saying my order was confirmed and I would get an email when it’s sent out. Fast forward to weeks later, I haven’t heard anything since. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times but, remember I said it’s not a real company, I’ve never gotten a response and I’m pretty sure it’s because there is no customer service, seeing as though there’s no real business going on here. lol. DONT spend your money here cause I’ve been going through hell trying to get my money back!! It’s my loss though, I should have known better than to believe I would get a 30 inch colored wig for $200. Go shop with megalook hair or somewhere else if you’re looking for a cheaper wig!
