Update to previous review: Was contacted by customer service after they read my previous review. Was told that he may be able to apply for a FedEx return label for me and the possibility of a full refund after they inspect their product. The catch is I would need to take down my bad review. Even though this is costing me almost $200, I will not accept this in hopes that my reviews will help other people not make the mistake I did. That prevention is worth the money to me. I can’t stress enough, DO NOT BUY from them. SCAM!!!
