You may lose more than the purchase price
I made a parts order for around $1,000 including shipping. Toolots lost it for over a month. Multiple calls and emails to shippers and Toolots were fruitless, Toolots never once responded. With about 20 calls, I got a human at Toolots once. Now a shipper is coming after me for $55 per day storage for the shipment due to collect freight charges since Toolots didn't pay them, and didn't answer their calls for weeks. It's hard to say how bad this basic order is going to get before it is over with. I'm currently on a call with Toolots with their typical 'open line, background noise'. Call them and try to get in touch with someone in order status or returns, you'll see. Edit: Toolots is bankrupt, court information is publicly available via a google search
