I placed an order for heavy duty silver shelves, first I did not receive a confirmation email, secondly I kept calling for two weeks and I end up canceling the order and still I did not get the refund. Reason for cancellation that the item is not available and they want me to go to there warehouse house to get something smaller than what I ordered. I know that is item is no longer available only when I called
Damaged/Missing Parts
I purchased two(2) heavy-duty five roller stands.The product is great, the order process was fine, however, the packaging was extremely damaged and the items showed up missing parts. When I contacted Toolots customer support, they asked for photos and a description of the damaged/missing parts which I supplied. I have not heard back from them since. I finally went to ACE Hardware and spent $20 to obtain the Damaged/missing parts.

After over a week I still haven't received a tracking number. Called customer service, she emailed a link to create an account. I made an account, then it wouldn't let me login. Tried a dozen times to change passwords but nothing worked. Called customer service again, lady wouldn't speak. Called technical support, got "not my job". Called orders, got "not my job". Called customer support 4 more times but never got an answer. Called returns, no answer. Reordered part from another company as I do not have months to let my equipment set in the road with busted hydraulic valves.

Do not buy from this company. Phone calls are repeatedly placed on hold and then disconnected. On the rare occasion you manage to reach someone, they always give the same excuse—that the item is out of stock at the warehouse and will ship once the full order is complete. I’ve been waiting for over 9 months with no resolution. It’s also worth noting that any five‑star reviews appear to be written by the company itself, not by real customers.

I placed an order on Dec. 30 and still have not received it nearly a month later. I have called customer service several times and all they do is say they will send a note to the warehouse. Then nothing happens. Whomever answers the phones refuses to transfer me to a manager. To display something as being for sale, take the money and then deliver nothing is outright stealing. I placed a second order the next day. Unlike any other ecommerce site, they do not send a confirmation email telling you that your order is ready. You have to ask on your own. When I did receive confirmation, one mail told me to pick it up at one location during certain days and hours. Another email gave a different location, days and hours. This is a clown show. STAY AWAY!
