The Pilates reformer is extremely high quality. The crate it came in was huge and unwieldy, but that's because it came almost entirely assembled. The videos to complete the assembly were very straightforward. Love it!

I have ordered lights on 29th November but I never received the lights. I have called several times to get updates about my order but they never responded me. Very bad service. I have called again on 12/12 to cancel the order and ask for the confirmation email , I don’t know I ll get the response or no.

I ordered a book in November and still haven't gotten it. Not only can anyone there tell me when I will get it or give me a straight answer is beyond me. I get emails giving me the run around and also instant messanger as well same thing. Asking me for my order number and email that I used and I've sent this 7 times on each platform and still nothing. I can't even get a refund and you cannot talk to a live person which is ridiculous.

Do NOT do business with this company. Customer service is abysmal and absolutely unacceptable. They sent me a damaged $150 item, and I’ve been trying to get a resolution for three weeks with multiple phone calls and emails. Their rep, Christine D., is rude, talks over me, blocks access to a manager, and even goes silent mid-call and pretends not to be there. Wild! It genuinely feels like they’re dodging a return and trying to stick customers with defective, expensive products. I’ll be filing complaints with my credit card company and the BBB.
