Ordered online a 19inch 4-Post 27U 23.6" Depth Open Frame Rack on 9/15/2025 from RPM Hardware- Order 49249. Order status stated Ready to Ship. On 9/15/2025 our credit card was charged by TOOLOTS INC for our order. On 10/06/2025 we called to inquire about tracking for our order. We were informed that it was in the warehouse and had not been shipped. We asked for expedited shipping and a tracking number and were assured that it would be sent out directly. After no response, we called again on 10/13/2025 and the representative was unable to locate the information on our item or shipping. We cancelled the order and asked for a full refund which we are still waiting for.

RPM Harware
My Order was placed with a company called RPM hardware. I received an email stating that the order was placed but had to call a few days later since I never received an email stating that the order had been filled. However after my call the order was filled and shipped. On the bright side I really like the lights, they are bright and fit perfectly. I removed the plastic lens cover and used my original glass lens and it works perfect. Couldn’t be happier about the price and the lights. Just a bit confusing considering the multiple company names. I would have given 5 stars without the confusion.

I placed an online order. My credit card was charged. I then received an email telling me my item was not in stock. I immediately requested a credit. No reply. I emailed again a few days late...no reply. I then reached out to the company directly...still no reply. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a company to do business with if you are looking for customer satisifaction.

Looks and feels like scam
I have ordered a commercial grade dehumidifyier from this company. Next morning they advised that item is not in stock by email. No information about the refund. Impossible to reach them. One month later, on the phone, after 5 times misspelling my order number, and telling me they are not aware of the refund status, they dropped the call right after I asked for the name of the person I spoke with!

Don't buy equipment from toollots or purchase Cps extended warraty. Not a reputable companies . Don't waste your money . Bought 20hp air compressor that been having issue six month after i bought the aircompressor been dealing with toollots and cps back and forth called cps to file a claim and got denied but they do want your money.

I placed an order on 7/1. I started calling customer service on 7/7. Every day I call and ask about the status and everyday they say they have to check with the warehouse. I'm pursuing a dispute with my credit card company.
Stay away from Toolots
My order was with RPM Hardware. Had I known this is a front for Toolots I would not have ordered. I have had past experiences with Toolots where a valid warranty claim was denied and Toolots refused to correct product that was delivered damaged.

Terrible company
Terrible company, a -1 would not justify. Christine sometimes answers as someone else. She has been covering for their bankruptcy ever since they filed last year. She will say she is contacting the warehouse about your item. The one that she can not talk to but they will one day respond back to her. Your item does not exist and there is no one there to feel guilty as they should all be in jail. Including Christine who constantly lies and puts the buyer off as long as she can. Many items toolots has for sale do not exist as they cycle the money they collect. For all purposes that are a closed company just defrauding the last of the consumers they can. File with your bank for a refund as you may never see it from Toolots.
