I placed an order for heavy duty silver shelves, first I did not receive a confirmation email, secondly I kept calling for two weeks and I end up canceling the order and still I did not get the refund. Reason for cancellation that the item is not available and they want me to go to there warehouse house to get something smaller than what I ordered.
