ZERO stars actually
I would leave ZERO stars if I could. This has been the worst experience ever when booking travel - I booked tickets five days ago- was told not to worry about a thing! I wasn't getting an email with my tickets, so I kept calling- I was told OVER and OVER again that I had nothing to worry about. I called twice today- and they just now told me that my tickets are not available. Now the same tickets have almost tripled in price from what they would have been had I booked them without the Travel Merry BS. Avoid if you need any kind of confidence that your tickets will ever arrive.
