They won’t let you cancel your membership
I belonged to the location in Colorado Springs, on Nevada st. I was a member for over a year until I had to move out of state for work. I told an associate at the gym and they said not a problem they will cancel my membership. Fast forward a year later and they’ve been charging me EVERY MONTH AND STILL REFUSE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I don’t even want a refund, I just want it cancelled. Rachel Zendesk is the “customer support” agent refusing to help. Even after multiple attempts to email customer support they still refuse to cancel my membership. I’ve called my bank to stop allowing drafts. I will never sign up with a Vasa Fitness ever again.
