Customer support is no help. 5-6 times same question, with no help and answers to completely different matter - not the one I am asking Abo is fully payed for 12 months - after 6 months they stop sending boxes and request more money & card data, means they take more $ than the Abo was placed initially. and help? See before, support is ignoring the matter. "Just give us more money, we'll maybe send out the boxes you've paid fo"
