Website Lacks Detail & Return Form Frustrating
Website did not specify if band was removable and if replacements were available. Chat bot did not understand my question. I placed order anyway. I interpreted a later response from Beeasy that band was not removable/replaceable. I left phone msg to cancel order. Also, attempted Return Form, but was VERY complex and frustrating - I Gave Up. I received the watch VERY quickly and was pleased to find that the band was removable. BUT alarm was too soft to be usable. Numbers are big and easy to read, so will keep the watch, anyway.
