Good clothing, bad size charts, medium customer service
The good: I am very excited to wear the pants I ordered when I have all of them, because the one pair I can wear is perfect for summertime and beautiful. The bad: Sizing is inconsistent. Using the provided size chart to buy two different pants models, I needed a smaller size than indicated on one and a larger on another. Customer service has been very responsive with this issue, but I am being charged $25 to fix the issue, which I don’t really feel was my fault.
