Refund process is dragging
After reading the reviews I am really worried now. They have rescheduled my flight and I decided to cancel and ask for refund instead but I have been waiting for almost 2months. They keep pushing the responsibilities to the airline and said the refunds period is +-90 days ! I wonder if I should get CASE to assist on this. Can anyone give some advises?
