I ordered a shirt and a pair of pants…
I ordered a shirt and a pair of pants from this organisation and am extremely unimpressed by what I received. The shirt was prominently described as linen blend whereas in fact it bears the tag 100% polyester and feels like it. I ordered the pants (said to be cotton/linen) in size XL on the basis of a 40 inch waist. What I received was ridiculously small and the labelIng was quite unclear as to what they were made of apart from the fact that they were 100% something. I duly complained and received a rather garbled unresponsive reply to the effect that if I was unhappy with the goods, I would need to return them to China (at apparently some prohibitive cost to me) or I could keep the goods and be “compensated” by 10% discount on my next purchase! Nothing was said about my specific complaints as to the quality and sizing of the goods. I rejected this offer and demanded a refund and at the time of writing have heard nothing further from Uflashion sevice. By way of update today I received yet another silly proposal from this organisation offering a 20% discount on my next purchase(as if there would ever be one) again premised on the idea that I would have to pay the freight to return the goods to China. As an indication of their bad faith I did point out that their own return policy states that return freight is not paid by the customer where there are quality issues with the goods. On each occasion the reply I got from Uflashion completely ignores this. It is clear to me that there is no good faith involved in the correspondence I am having with them.
