Two and a half stars
Two and a half stars, perhaps, for the live technicians. Here's why: Bought the 32" tv about two years plus ago, August 2021. It was delivered promptly, but no set up service for the tv. Thankfully I was able to set it up on my own, though not exactly tech savvy... turned out that it wasn't too complicated. TV started having issues not long after, within months, and then again months later. Had to work with a live technician to get through the troubleshooting for a good half hour or so each time, also via emails. Thankfully, the technicians were knowledgable and patient, as well as pleasant as we worked through it. Have never ever had a TV fail me throughout my life, and was taken aback when the tv started to show up with issues of black screen. I wanted to support our local Singapore products, which was why I gave it a try after reading all their fab reviews with their heavy marketing on price level for their large sized TVs. Thankfully, I decided to try out the smallest 32", and can't say it's a regret, but a good lesson to not give in wholeheartedly to reviews. Surprised by a third time issue arising again - black screen with sound. Live TV will not show at all, but apps do show pictures, and play with sound on a black screen. Ultra disappointed with receiving this product, aside from the above mentioned black screen issue, Power ON is slow despite new battery changes, controls from the remote are generally lagging also. Overall, a not so fine experience with PRISM TV, and certainly will be my last experience.
