Over the years I have always had great experiences buying from the The Company Store….until now! Purchased via a FB ad; what I thought were really cute bath/hand towels. Received them promptly - but was gobsmacked at the poor quality of them. I contacted Customer Service via email to request a return and refund and their intent is to make the return process so cumbersome and costly to me - why am I charged a fee for each item returned due to their poor product quality? I will NEVER buy from The Company Store again since screwing over customers is how they operate.
