Ordered items twice/never arrived
Ordered items twice, many months apart as I was convinced I imagined the first order and just hadn't pressed "buy." Incorrect. They simply never shipped either, had zero communication, and since I bought on debit card could not contest it. Second order did via credit card. It did not arrive, no email about shipping, so I have emailed them to reship/refund or it will be contested with credit card.
