Stay away!! 6 months for a refund?? We booked our trip and than they moved dates and instead of 5 days we had 3. I tried to get a refund and nothing has come through. I’ve paid 8000 Norwegian kroner! Here’s the response I have gotten from them. We would like to confirm that we have forwarded your request for the cancellation of your new flight and refund directly to the airline. Please be informed that the refund timeline is governed by airline processing policies and usually takes between 3 to 6 months for the funds to be cleared. The expected refund amount will be approximately 2349.88 NOK. Please rest assured that our team will closely monitor your request and notify you as soon as the refund is finalized.
