Unwanted subscription
Bought a single piece of sheet music and discovered I was signed up for an expensive subscription that I did not authorize. MuseScore buries access to your account and won't let me cancel "while my account is being set up", whatever that means. No way to contact a live person; the only "help" is lists of FAQ articles or a completely useless chatbot. This company is unethical, possibly criminal, and I will be filing a complaint with the internet fraud division at the Better Business Bureau in my state.
