1) Shipping took forever, when I try to check with my order number on the Dankstop website it still says to watch in my email even though it finally arrived like a week after the site said. 2) I bought a glass beaker bong, the stem arrived cracked and after several submissions to the "support" I have yet to hear anything....all the solicitation emails come like clockwork.
