Disappointed badly as never received item
I have placed the order a month ago and till now I didn't receive the order. I couldn't even trace the location of the order. This is so disappointing as I couldn't get the order as per planned date and it is supposed to be a surprise gift for my family. Now I don't have hope also that I'll get my order and requesting to pay back my money. I would not go for this option again.
