Excellent Customer Service
I ordered some shirts for my son, and unfortunately they were a bit too tight around the tummy for him. I've ordered many shirts for myself from Threadless over the years, but this was the first time I had any issue with an order, so I didn't know what to expect. What I received was AWESOME customer service from Amanda. 10 minutes after I emailed I had a response letting me know that shirts in the larger size would be sent out, and 3 minutes after that I got confirmation of a new order. I'm extremely impressed by the quick response, and providing better service than I was expecting. I've been dealing with custom service at a different company (trying to get them to send me a zipper), and that's been 4 phone calls, 5 emails, 8 months, and still no resolution. Thank you Amanda! I was already a fan of the site, but I feel even better recommending it to friends now that I know how awesome your support is.
