I was having trouble with my left ear bud, it stopped working. I called Nebroo and told them that I had done everything in the manual, but it didn't help. They had a couple of suggestions, but they didn't work either. They sent me a new pair and the work GREAT!!! I am very happy with the service and the product!!! Jim
