wrongly described, impossible to return
I ordered 3 items, none of them were the material in the description. Although I had been communicating with an address in the UK, when I tried to return them, they said I would have to pay return postage to China, which included import duties. The cost of this was so prohibitive that I accepted a partial refund and kept the clothes, which went to the charity shop. It was not the ideal solution, and I would warn people about these risks.
