Bought an overpriced ticket from them because they said the seat selection was included. Turned out they could not allocate the seat because the train operator doesn’t allow that. Asked for refund - they charged £32 for a refund whereas I chose a flexible ticket which was supposed to have a seamless refund. Scam through and through. Avoid at any cost
