Based on my recent purchase for international delivery (not domestic delivery in Singapore & to Malaysia), I am only fairly satisfied. From online checkout experiences to waiting for my parcel arrival (DHL Express) there was no tracking information provided nor was the parcel dispatched as soon as possible (re-ordered 16th April 2024 due to ammendment made to address & delivery method). The parcel was only dispatched from Ergo Singapore on 3rd May 2024. And I requested self-collection from DHL once custom clearance on 6th May 2024. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the item I had purchased.
